Thank you for supporting our business! We are committed to getting your handcrafted products to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping practices and timelines below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • All of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
  • Standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $39.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, seasonal peaks, or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your patience.

3. WARM WEATHER & MELTING DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

Because our balms are completely natural, anhydrous (water-free), and formulated without synthetic stabilizers, chemical hardeners, or artificial fillers, they are sensitive to extreme heat.

  • During warm summer months, products may soften or melt slightly during transit. This is completely normal and does not alter the quality, safety, or benefits of the ingredients.
  • If your balm arrives soft or melted, simply place the unopened container in a cool place or the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to allow it to solidify.
  • We recommend tracking your package closely and retrieving it from your mailbox or doorstep promptly upon delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery windows will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. THE GOOD BRAND LLC is not responsible for these charges; all customs and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives physically damaged or broken, please take a photo of the damaged items and packaging immediately and contact us at hello@shopthegoodbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office before reaching out. THE GOOD BRAND LLC is not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or lost due to an incorrectly entered shipping address at checkout.
