Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we must enforce strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. RETURN WINDOW AND ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The safety seal (if applicable) must be intact and unbroken.
  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, sampled, or used.

2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shopthegoodbrand.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If rejected: If the item is found to be opened, used, or damaged, a refund will not be issued, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a replacement at no extra charge.
